Management costs

For many years now I’ve been advocating for cutting costs of management as engaged and motivated personnel is woth so much more. I’m probably reaching the point of reversing my view on the matter as management is notoriously providing disruption for creative processes, you probably need to spend a little bit more on management, just to give them a feeling that their should be kept on a safe distance with trivial bottom level work and let you get on with the job of building it.
